Customer's Description:

The photo's have disappeared from IPhoto's and appear to have move to a folder on the desktop. But the folder then has hundreds of other folders indide with the images all seperate in different folders, some duplicated too. This problem seemed to happen after using wireless internet. When opening IPhoto now there is still the last uploaded group of pictures but then thousands of boxes where the pictures used to be, as if it still has some of the pictures information in the program. I was wondering if there is a way to format the computor so that the images are all back in Iphoto. Also when trying to download the latest version of Itunes it didn't alow me because of lack of space and now i can know longer access my music.
