I have a pc tower which wouldnot open Windows after Norton Security Internet was downloaded (via remote assistance)Got my refund but even PC World Tech guys can't recover my windows.( Said ist too expensive to do so as I don't have the Millenium disk. The other problem is lap top - it won't /can't access the internet. Previously I attempted to fix this by restoring to previous system settings - but now that won't work either. Problem occurs same time as pc tower's problem ( mid July) - so its IT meltdown . Can you help?
