We have vigin media and we did have broAdband internet as well. Since we moved house it does not work, despite several calls to their helpline, purchase of new cables and them supplying us with a new modem we still can not connect to the internet. They are saying it could be the PC's we using but we have two and have tried them both and neither of them work. They are advising us to contact the PC suppliers but we dont understand enough about the prOblem to do that. We need someone to help us get the internet connection working again. The have offered us dial up but thats not great. |
