Problem Summary:	Software Related Issues
Customer's Description:	I have a Dell Dimension 3000 home PC running XP. A couple of days ago when starting up and loading my personal settings I get the following message: Userinit.exe Application Error (in the title bar) Application failed to initialise properly (Oxc0000005) Click on OK to terminate the application. It then hands me to my desktop but does not display any icons.
