We have Win XP Professional & Norton 360 on our PC. 1. We have/had a virus (trojan). There is an autorun file in each hard disc partition (except for drive C), which will not allow access the drives by double clicking. 2. Internet Explorer says it is running with add-ons disabled. 3. When using Gmail, a message says the browser cache is full. 4.When using the Internet it often get disconected. Besides sorting out these problems, we are seeking advice on PC security. |
