Customer's Description:

I have a Sony Vaio VGC-M1 integrated screen/keyboard PC. I think some water has got on to the keyboard due to a skylight being left open above the desk. Boots OK but a continuous beeping sound. Open notepad and type and some characters are fine, others won't work. Brightness control keeps popping up on screen. Have tried to remove keyboard myself but no obvious problem. So probably requires new keyboard. Can you help?
