Customer's Description:

Every time i try to connect to the internet, "internet explorer can not display the page" message appears. Router and ethernet are all connected fine, has just stopped working last couple of weeks. I have spoken to my ISP but they say there is no problem from their end and I am connected to internet, but I can not get access, please help
