Customer's Description:

It is a Sony Vaio with a Fujitsu HDD which the BIOS no longer recognises. When booted up it gives the error "OS cannot be found." I need either the HDD repaired or all the data of the HDD (including the Sony hidden partition) to be transferred to a new HDD.

Friendly, efficient service. I was very pleased in particular about how quickly I was contacted after sending my request. in two hours the PC went from dead to fully functioning once again. Superb!
