Customer's Description:

I have several problems with my pc, laptop, and printer at the moment. 1. PC - think I may have a virus, but it is not showing up on Norton. The pc is usually crashing (freezing) when I try to connect to the internet. Sometimes if I do connect, I get a small animated angry 'smilie face' in the top left of the screen (particularly with Facebook). Also I often get a fake google homepage - whatever link I click on the fake results page takes me through to adverts, not the actual website. However, I have generally not been able to get past logging in with my PC - the screen often freezes or the cursor won't recognise the log-in button to click. 2. Laptop - broken USB ports. 3. I have two printers that are both not working properly at the moment. One, a new-ish Epson Stylus D92 will not recognise a new Epson ink cartridge and so won't print (it is a genuine ink cartridge.) The other printer HP color inket cp1700 is being completely irratic and seems to get 'stuck' processing the print job.... and doesn't print.
