Customer's Description:

Hi Michael the main thing is that I have an external hard drive (Freecom Classic series) with crucial files stored on it and my PC has stopped recognising it (I get error which apperently indicates that this could be either a sotware or hardware problem). I have contacted Freecom and we tried everything but no joy. In the end the guy advised me to take the drive out of its current case and add it directly to my PC. I have a Dell Precision which apparently has plenty room for additional hard drives. The problem is that I don't know how to do this - nor would I know what to do next if this failed to resolve my problem. Can you help me and how much would it cost? I also have a laptop that has some problems but perhaps we could discuss that later. I am in London SW2. I look forward to your reply. Many thanks Simona
