Customer's Description:

HP Pavilion Media Center TV m7780n Desktop. Vista. I beleive it's a hardware issue. I left the PC to hibernate and it froze and would not reboot. I turned it off, but PC will not boot. Turn it on, light comes on and fan starts but machine does not engage. Bios beep warning starts immediately. I did restarted the bios and disabled the Powersave option so it would not hibernate, this worked but for only 2 days. Now it again will not boot and I get the beep warnings. Just over 1 year old and not used much. I'd like to get an estimate to see if its worth repairing.

Michael had a good look at it and gave me good advice. I will definitley call him again when I need anything done. There wasn't any actual work done as I wanted a PC health check as I'd had problems.
