Customer's Description:

I cannot set up my business email account on entourage and have to access it through the internet. It means I cannot set up footers showing my business logo or at least I don't know how to do this. I need general instruction in use of Apple Mac. Am always getting error messages on the server but when follw intructions to remedy faults I do not succeed.
