I have recently bought a computer from Ebay and I can't get the Windows XP operating system to load up. I have had a go at fixing it myself and only seem to have made issues worse. I have the Windows XP disc but even when I try to do a clean install it won't work. I have up to £100 to spend on fixing this problem but I can not afford any more.

James provided excellent clear advice and instructions over the phone that enabled me to get the problems fixed. By doing this it kept the cost and inconvenience to a minimum. He was also fully prepared to visit my home to sort the probelm if the phone advice did not work or if I preferred it to be done that way. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
