Customer's Description:

I am unable to write music onto cd using my rewritable drive as it states that there is no cd in drive. While working on the computer it regularly just freezes. My computer was build in and is getting pretty old. If this problem cant be fixed will buy new but would like to try. I need to transfer music so it can be backed up on another laptop- dont want to lose it all.

Kwesi arrived on time and friendly. He was able to fix the problem with my computer, and a few others I had. He was friendly and helpful. Simply I was impressed in every way by his professionalism and his patience at explaining computer lingo to me- A pleasure to work with.
