Customer's Description:

I have a Dell XPS1330 workbook which is under warranty. The hard disk (C) has failed and will be relaced tomoorow by Dell. However, I need to recover lost data on the old disk as a matter of priority (I'm in the RAF, and am posted abroad in 2 weeks time! My laptop contains all my vital info!)
