Problem Summary:	E-mail Related Issues
Customer's Description:	When I send an email it goes to the Outbox. I then get a timer saying the message is being sent. I then get another message telling me that the message was not sent due to server problems and the message remains in the Outbox but in reality the message has been sent several times which is causing confusion and embarrassment. No problems with incoming emails.
