My Fujitsu Siemens laptop is running very slowly. It takes ages to start up and the internet connection is continually timing out or is just very slow. Please help!

Gavin was very professional, explained all his work in detail and kept me informed. He also stuck to our agreed budget despite the work taking a good deal longer than anticipated, due to technical difficulties. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
