Customer's Description:

My Macbook isnt booting up anymore. It hung on me yesterday and eversince then I only see a question mark flashing on the screen everytime I try to boot my machine. My Macbook is 2 years old now and if I remember correctly the OS is Tiger 10.4.9 (I am not entirely sure though). I am worried about my data and would want the data recovered and would want to get the machine working again.
