Slow Computer, General Check Up

Customer's Description:

Quite recently our internet has gone extremely slow on the desktop - we have no issues with our laptops which are using the same wireless network. I am not sure if it is a virus or just the computer - we also have had a picture of someone on a BMX bike appear when booting the computer or closing it down, don't know if that's related?
