Customer's Description:

I dropped my laptop and it will no longer turn on, there is no power whatsoever. Prior to that incident i sometimes had trouble turning it on via the power button, but it generally worked after it was held down for several seconds. When i plug in to the mains, i do get the mains power light showing but that is the only activity. It is an Acer Aspire 9500 model and approximately 3 and a half years old.
