Unfortunately I have tripped over my skype headphone wires and brought my month old Imac crashing to the kitchen floor the screen is not broken it won't boot up screen goes to the apple then a grey circle with a diagonal line through it then to a blank grey screen I have filed a claim with my insurer can you give me some idea whether you can repair this and for what kind of charge? I live in Eccleshall
