Customer's Description:

I have one big and two small problems. I am trouble accessing the internet on our wireless connection, which was working fine but now, not. My PC is badly placed for wireless but I had a booster set, which I then had to use as my main wireless point straight into my PC. This stopped working and now no connection, except straight into router with cable, seems possible. Now can't connect the laptops int he house. Have tried my best to sort this out, but can't. Also have a problem transferring emails from old PC to new PC, just bought (the one I am using now). I have data transfer cable but am in difficulties with email (Thunderbird). lastly, a bit of advice with my soundcard would be nice.

Can't say enough good things. Michael was presented with a really painful problem and he did not quit until he had solved it. A very good job and it came with very good advice on next steps, which I am taking.
