Customer's Description:

I have an Acer Aspire laptop with a faulty screen. The problem is that when i start the computer up the screen goes full white and then slowly fades in blotches to the normal bios screen or installation menu when i had a windows disk in the drive. Once the screen finally loads up any movable images such as the cursor or drop down menus move really slowly. I've uploaded a video to youtube showing the fault here: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=8QqJ-21yCJc i've replaced the ribbon cable and that didn't change it the backlight works fine. I've tested it with an external monitor that worked fine so it's not a motherboard/gpu fault i think it's either the lcd or the inverter. Can it be fixed and can you give a rough idea on a price? thanks
