hello, it is actualy not my laptop. my friends latop is bringing up following message as security allert: Name:trojan.zlob.g - risk level:high. she has an anti virus program from norton but at the same moment that message of the trojan came up as well norton stopt working. norton shows that the subscription service for virus protection has expired, however it wasnt showing it before. the computer is working normal only that we can not conect to the internet which isnt anyway clever without protection. but to do for example an update for norton we need the internet connection. okay i hope it is enough information i provided. look forward to hear from you. thanks mandy
