Customer's Description:

I work from home using a Mac airbook laptop with wireless network , supported by Internet services from Virgin Media (ex NTL). I have a surfboard cable modem and also a Netgear RangeMax Duo Wireless N Router. There are also 2 PCs inthe house which have Belkin wireless network adapters. My key problem is that my Internet connection is not working. I require it to be fixed urgently as I run my own business from home.
