Customer's Description:

My Appole Mac started crashing on me so I put some things on to a disc but I was still geting crashes. I 'phoned a Co in Edinbrgh, wher I live. They took the Mac away fot the Week-End+two days. When the Mac came back to my house I had lost all of my saved music and all of my Therapy downloads that were also stored on I Tunes player. The Apple Mac is still crashing on me depending on how long it has been turned off. The mention of "Therapy" above is related to my occupation of Counsellor and Psychotheapy.

The work was done in a ery goood manner. However, the "Crashes" are still occurring and when trying to open a Word doc I still get an error message. "Error 016600" I do not know what to do about that.
