Customer's Description:

I was advised by the techguys to erase the hard disk to solve a problem but now in the position where nothing works. They've now told me that I need to buy a set of windows set-up disks even though I only followed their instructions over the phone - can you supply such a set of disks for an e-system computer with windows XP?
