Customer's Description:

once desktop is turned on, start up page appears for one to choose an operating system as usual, after selecting windows xp loading takes place and then a blue screen appears saying: a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to provent damage to your pc, disable or uninstall any anti virus, check hard drive configuration or back up utilities, run chkdsk /f to check for hard drive corruption. the keyboard does not respond to any command.
