Customer's Description:

I usually put my computer to sleep instead of switching it off. When i turn it on, the sequence is black screen, screen saver, normal desktop. This time when i switched it on, i could hear the computer working, but there was no display, and it stayed black, even though it was connected to power. I have a lot of precious documents/ photoes on it, and would really like to get it fixed ASAP. Need my photoes and documents to be safe! Thank you
