Customer's Description:

When I open email, the computer won't allow me to send. I've tried doing inbox repair, but the computer cannot find Microsoft Outlook in Appdata. Each programme I open (Word, Excel etc) stops working and an error report is sent to Windows. Have tried opening webmail (to access emails and save attachments to Word) but files will not save to Word or open, even though webmail seems to work fine. As an aside, I've recently signed up to 'heart drive' auto backup but am not sure if this is related in any way to the problems I'm encountering. Hope this is sufficient by way of explanation. Thanks very much.
