I use Windows Vista Home Premium. My Microsoft automatic update service has not worked since mid-December. I cannot download the Microsoft Malware Removal tool. I get error message Ox80244019. When i download Spybot Search and Destroy it will not run. I have tried both IE7 and Mozilla Firefox. I suspect malware of some sort.
