Customer's Description: |
Acer Ferrari laptop. Covered by Acer year warranty but trying to urgently establish if machine needs to go back to them. About a week ago programs started crashing / locking after a few minutes use - ACT Outlook Word Excel etc. Acer technical support have advised restoring the factory programs but I am unable to break the Windows bootup to try this. Acer say they will need to send me a new Master Boot Record to try this or send the machine back to them. |
