Customer's Description:

I have a Macbook which I've bought for about one and half year now. It's been diagnosed by official Mac shop people of hard drive breakdown and advised to replace it. The problem with it is that it can't be turned on to the operating system and only show a white screen with a box(within which there is a question mark)sign flashing. I want someone to solve this problem and if the hard drive has to be replaced, I want the data recovery service as well.
