Hi, I have recently lost pictures and documents, I have tried a system restore but no change, when I try to click my name in start menu I get this message: Start Menu --------------------------- C:Documents and SettingsTina Beans is not accessible. Access is denied. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- This happened when I was trying to download photographs onto discs. Hope you can help, Tina Cockerham
