Error Messages

Customer's Description:

Computer initially froze and is now giving various error messages at start up - have tried startup repair, various windows restore options etc. but computer still will not boot properly. Am running windows vista, further complicated by a dual boot set up allowing me to run XP as well, though I doubt this is the cause of the problem.
