Customer's Description:	Similar problem on 2 laptops: 1. Pin in power socket on laptop has droppped off! Can a new one be soldered on? If not, can you retrieve data please? 2. On 2nd laptop, power adaptor seems to have loose connection when plugged in, possibility that pin is going as above? New adaptor? new pin? Or can you retrieve data? THanks
