Customer's Description:

It died whilst in use last night. It makes no attempt to start up. The power supply is fine. It has been failing to recognise peripheral devices on usb ports recently so suddenly the keybaord will go but be ok after a reboot. The on/off switch flashes amber when i try to swith it on. I am self employed so am pleased to get my main PC fixed over a weekend so normal business could be resumed on Monday.
