Dell Inspiron 1501 Windows XP IE7 Recent problem videos won't play, BBC iPlayer won't work - get the 'Ensure Javascript is enabled' and 'Need to install Flash Player' msgs but all was in place. Have tried everything I feel confident to do and nothing has worked. Currently have Adobe Shockwave 11 after various uninstalls and reinstalls.

Andrew dealt confidently with the problem, and was courteous and informative throughout. I would possibly be more positive about the quality of the work in a few weeks time once I am convinced the problem is permanently fixed! although I am sure this is the case... Andrew seemed fairly sure he had isolated the problem and the computer is running quicker and all the applications we reported are now working properly.
