Customer's Description: |
Packard Bell Desktop. Was using on Sunday when a massive bang occurred and then the fan started revving up. Closed computer down and then restarted and working fine. Monday evening went to use the CD drive and found the cause to have been a CD which was totally obliterated. Cleaned all visible pieces out with a vacuum cleaner and shook to dislodge anymore. However the CD drive will now not close. We require someone to help us with this. |
