Problem Summary:	Software Related Issues
Customer's Description:	My EI System 1201 laptop will not let me past the Pasword screen. It asks me to insert Password backup disk. I do not have one. My software is Vista. I need my laptop to help run my support group for people with Cardiomyopathy, in the Northeast. I need help but am on a limited budget.
