Problem Summary:	Internet Related Issues
Customer's Description:	Internet very slow, unable to log on to most websites (facebook, e-bay, internet banking) though can log on to others (e-mail). Also loses wireless connection every few minutes - not the wireless router as works fine with different lap top. Non-internet programmes seem to run fine.
