Customer's Description:

Acer Travelmate The hard drive was replaced by a computer repair "specialist" but the factory settings were lost and now the camera doesn't work the external mouse switches on and off every couple of seconds an I can't toggle it to an external monitor. I can't receive emails on it either. Acer have quoted £68 but parcelling it up etc is just a hassle
