Problem Summary:	Virus/Spy ware Removal
Customer's Description:	My laptop downloaded several spyware programs and trojan virus's. It is causing system wide problems. My anti-virus is out of date and the virus's are stopping me from renewing the software. I have most of my files backed up but if they files on the hardrive can be saved it would be appreciated.
