Slow Computer, General Check Up

Customer's Description:

since putting on avg paid virus programme avg 8.5 very slow and problems with internet explorer. Not sure if its the new programme or not -used to be very fast. Also have a new dell laptop and another older laptop that need a bit of help with - may be configuarion? we are pretty hopeless with all this! PLUS our wifi LINKYS which used to be great is also very slow and erratic. so... a lot of things which are making using the computer a pain whereas it was great before!
