Customer's Description:

Computer unable to start up. Cycles round initial startup several times then hangs. If this computer cannot be "saved", I would like to retrieve data from the hard drive and transfer to a new computer.

I was very satisfied with the IT service Michael provided. He recovered my data with no trouble and transfered from the old PC to set up my new system. He explained what he was doing in straightforward language and worked very fast. It is clear that he is very experienced and competent and I would recommend him to anyone.
