Customer's Description:

I have an Apple Imac G5 desk top. For some reason the key board has frozen and the computer will not start when i switch it on. The on light comes on and the fan starts after 3 mins (very noisily) but the screen remains as if it is switched off. I have unplugged/re started etc etc but am unable to resolve the problem.
