Customer's Description:

HP PC 6 years old refuses to boot up Windows XP. Originally when booting up it went into CHKDSK & then recovery mode. I suspect there may be a disk fault. I then tried recovery but failed.

I thought I had lost my machine but Daveyon was able to restore it to such a state that I only lost a limited amount of data. He analysed the problem carefully and systematically and spent a lot of time to resolve the problem.
