Customer's Description:

Having problems with a new printer and indeed with my 'old' one and I suspect I have screwed everything up by installing printer drivers which have clashed. Also, I have lost the 'attachment' facility in my Thunderbird, and there is no sound with Quick Time. I have also downloaded the latest Open Office but can't launch it. Worst of all, I don't have any money. Only kidding . . .
