Virus/Spy ware Removal

I subscribe to Bullguard but somehow the bogus Security Tool has made its way onto my computer and is making my life hell!Bullguard keep sending me suggestions but I am still struggling..I just mant rid of Security Tool-I haven't paid for it but think I mistakenly allowed it access through Bullguard. I may be blonde but I knew it was a fake lol. Any help would be fantastic!
