Customer's Description:

My wouldn't turn on, it says that i switched it incorrectly and choose from a number of option and the recommended one says, the last configuration, etc, the others say start normally and when u press 'enter' it goes and shows Windows logo loading and then sudenly the screen goes off and over again to previous page. I had this problem before and a callout specialist said that some files corrupt and stuff so he had to reembed the operating system.
